This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Fairway Duel (Android package app.links.carry, the "App") handles information. In short: the App does not collect, store on any server, share or sell any personal data.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App:

• does not require an account, sign-in, name, email address or phone number;
• does not request the internet permission and does not send any data off your device;
• does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files;
• does not contain advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs;
• does not offer in-app purchases and does not process payments.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

To keep your game progress, the App saves gameplay data locally on your device using standard Android app storage. This includes items such as match results, scorecard history, earned in-game Tour Points, unlocked clubs and settings. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

3. How We Use Information

Because we do not collect any personal information, we do not use, analyse, profile or share it for any purpose. Locally stored game data is used only by the App itself to restore your progress.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent or disclose any information to third parties, because no information is collected or transmitted.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Game progress remains on your device until you remove it. You can delete all App data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your Android settings (Settings → Apps → Fairway Duel → Storage → Clear data) or by uninstalling the App.

6. Security

Your game data is stored in the App's private storage area, which other apps cannot access under Android's standard sandboxing. No data is transmitted over a network.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected, no personal data of children is processed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If a future version of the App starts handling personal data, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
